About the writer's dispute with Haji Khan Yavar regarding the lands in villages of Qarasqal and ‘Ali Abad; the writer reports having bought the land for more than it was worth to help Haji Khan repay his debt to Mahdi Bayg's daughter, but that Haji Khan has not yet paid the debt and Mahdi Bayg is now asking for his daughter's money from the writer. S/he asks Sarkar Vala to send someone to find Haji Khan and ask him to pay the debtt.
